In honor of the 50th anniversary of Portland Saturday Market, the longest running weekly art market in the US, I made this beautiful jam. A perfect blend of peaches, pluots, plums and nectarines, Saturday Market captures that late August sunshine into a jar. My mission each summer involves procuring stone fruit from Mt.
